The slow cooker is used here to get the ultimate flavour from the tomatoes AND it is ready when you get home from work … WINNING! Serve with pasta for a tasty meat-free dish!
This recipe is a massive hit with kids and it also has chorizo in it! What more could you ask for?
It tastes great on its own with some crusty bread or is also a fab side served alongside sausages. Eating it around a campfire is of course optional!
This is a family classic in my house, my mum’s mum made it, my mum made it and I now I make it regularly too! Obviously it has had a few tweaks over the decades but here is the latest version.
