Hello TOMMers! I hope everyone is having a wonderful housework free weekend. It is Sunday and that means this is the ideal time to spend a little time planning for the week ahead. It will make next week run sooooo much smoother!

Howdy there folks! The weather is EPIC in the UK right now and we are enjoying every second of it over at Chez Bray!

Here is what we will be eating next week:

Sunday: The Chicken with mashed potato

Monday: Slow Cooker Chicken Korma (adapting the recipe slightly to use the leftover chicken from Sunday)

Tuesday: Roasted Cod with gremolata and potato wedges

Wednesday: Dairy Free Lasagne

Thursday: Slow Cooker Pasta Arrabiata

Friday: No-Cook Friday

Saturday: Minted Lamb Chops with Roasted Veg

Meal Plan: w/c 30th July

Hello TeamTOMM and how are we all doing today ❤️? I hope everyone is having a lovely fun filled Sunday and doing zero housework!

Here is what we will be eating next week:

Sunday: Roast dinner (we are using the chicken that we were supposed to having last week but Mike surprised me and cooked a steak instead, so I popped the chicken in the freezer!)

Monday: Roasted cod with potato wedges and peas

Tuesday: Chicken and chorizo … this is the older boys’ fave meal EVER and they come home tonight after a week at their dad’s. So its kind of a welcome home meal 🙂

Wednesday: Pasta Puttanesca

Thursday: Slow cooker meatloaf  with mashed potato

Friday: No cook Friday 👯‍♂️

Saturday: Date Night Prawns for the grown-ups/Pizza for the kids!

I have had a slight shift around with the shopping delivery. As work is getting busier I am finding it easier to get it all delivered on a Sunday because that way the kids and Mike are around to help put it away!

I have been out all morning because Jonny had a karate grading from 8:30am – 12pm. But now I am home to sit down and relax with Mike and the kids for the rest of the day ❤️

Monday: Slow Cooker Veggie Bean Chilli and Rice

Tuesday: Grilled Lamb and Minted Cous Cous

Wednesday: Pesto Salon Fillets and Potato Wedges

Thursday: Slow Cooker Bolognese

Saturday: Dairy Free Spanakopita (recipe is in progress) and salad

Sunday: Crispy Duck Legs in the Sweetest Stickiest Plum Sauce with roast potatoes

Happy Sunday everyone! Who’s meal planning for next week? Don’t forget it is Father’s day next Sunday in the UK (17th June) so you might want to pop a couple of extras bits into the shopping basket to save you having to run around like a headless chicken on Saturday!

Meal Plan: w/c June 4th

Happy Sunday TeamTOMM!

We have gorgeous weather today in Kent, I have just finished the shopping order for next week and now I am going to head outside and soak up the glorious weather!

For those of you who don’t know, the daily cleaning playlists are now available on Spotify as well as YouTube, so all you Spotify fans can now rock the housework along with the rest of us!

Next week is week 3 on The Organised Mum Method, so get a little bit of meal prep in today and start the week knowing that all meals are sorted!

Meal Plan w/c: May 21st

Who had an AMAZING time yesterday watching the Royal Wedding? I am not normally the soppy type but I have to admit that it got me a bit teary! I watched it in a bar in London, with cocktails and an amazing group of women. We had a blast!

So I am feeling really happy today and positive for the week ahead! I have just ordered the Tesco delivery … here is what we’ll be eating next week!

Monday: Slow Cooker Saag Aloo (recipe coming soon)

Tuesday: 30 Second Chicken with mashed potato and gravy.

Wednesday: Red Thai Prawn Curry with a jacket potato.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Puttanesca Pasta with salad

Friday: No-Cook Friday

Saturday: Chicken salad

Sunday: Super Simple Salmon en Croute   green veg
