Meal Plan w/c: May 21st

Who had an AMAZING time yesterday watching the Royal Wedding? I am not normally the soppy type but I have to admit that it got me a bit teary! I watched it in a bar in London, with cocktails and an amazing group of women. We had a blast!

So I am feeling really happy today and positive for the week ahead! I have just ordered the Tesco delivery … here is what we’ll be eating next week!

Monday: Slow Cooker Saag Aloo (recipe coming soon)

Tuesday: 30 Second Chicken with mashed potato and gravy.

Wednesday: Red Thai Prawn Curry with a jacket potato.

Thursday: Slow Cooker Puttanesca Pasta with salad

Friday: No-Cook Friday

Saturday: Chicken salad

Sunday: Super Simple Salmon en Croute   green veg
