Meal Plan: w/c 22nd January

I am still doing Run Every Day January and quite frankly I am ready to eat my own foot come 6pm ๐Ÿ˜‚ย  So I’ve taken that into account and bumped up the protein (and the carbs!!)ย  This meal plan includes the Slow Cooker Doner Kebab … believe you NEED to try this!

Monday: Cod wrapped in bacon, pea puree and potato wedges.

Tuesday: Pepperoni potatoesย with sausages.

Wednesday:ย Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken

Thursday: Dairy Free Fish Pie (recipe coming soon)

Friday: No-Cookย Friday

Saturday: Slow Cooker Fakeaway Doner Kebab

Sunday: Beef Brisket and Dairy Free Yorkshire Pudding
