Menu Plan: w/c 18th Dec

This time next week it will be Christmas Eve! This is a short week for us because our Christmas food shops arrives on Saturday night and that is when all the foodie fun will begin!

Monday: pesto salmon and potato wedges. Dead easy to make all you need to do is take a salmon fillet, spread a bit of pesto on top (I use the dairy free one!) and bake in the oven.

Tuesday: Chicken Katsu Curry 

Wednesday: The kids break up from school today so we are having a takeaway to celebrate.

Thursday:  Slow Cooker Meat Free Bolognese

Friday:  Slow Cooker Fakeaway Doner Kebab
